Ken Emerson

Ken retired in 2015 after serving the citizens of Arizona for 20 years with the Arizona Department of Public Safety. As a Trooper, Ken served as a Highway Patrol Officer, Gang Unit Detective, Bomb Technician, SWAT Team Breacher and Dignitary Protection Specialist.
In 2008, Ken authored Arizona Senate Bills 1153 and 1154. Both Bills were subsequently passed into law which led to Ken being selected DPS Criminal Investigations Division, Detective of the Year for 2009.
From 2013 to 2016, Ken was appointed and served on a Public Safety Advisory Board for U.S. Congressman Matt Salmon.
With an entrepreneurial spirit, Ken developed many start-up companies including E.U. Partners where he developed a vendor partnership with one of the largest defense contractors in the world, Northrup Grumman.
Prior to his career in law enforcement, Ken served 4 years as an Infantryman in the U.S. Army.
